our guide was very pleasant, knowledgeable and 'knew the ropes' of finding her way through the complex. it was a delightful day. somewhere I've always wanted to visit. I choose the pick up option, as I only had arrived in Rome the night before and was unsure of my way around. Very punctual. A small group of 6 made it even better★
