Our tour guide, Xiao Zheng, was extremely professional. He specially upgraded the vehicle for his parents' three-day chartered tour, and the overall itinerary was perfectly planned with a reasonable route. Xiao Zheng was also very considerate throughout the trip, taking photos for the elderly whenever he had the chance and even taking them to try local snacks. He took excellent care of the elderly, and we were very satisfied!

What a great aviation museum! We visited on a rainy Saturday and despite the large number of people it never felt crowded. When we arrived we were greeted by one of the museum volunteers, Keith. He was very friendly, helpful and eager to tell us all about the museum and which displays were located in which parts of the facility and explained the map/brochure in detail. The facility is well laid out and has a good balance of airplanes on display, an entire section on space travel, as well as a few interactive displays that are great for aviation enthusiasts of all ages. We really enjoyed the aircraft that were displayed outside (open air, but covered so you stay out to the rain) and had fun being able to see the interior of a B747, B787, Air Force One and a retired Concorde. For us, it was worth the price of admission. Discounts are available on the entrance fee, see details on their website. They offer a AAA discount and offered the same discount with our CAA card.

We had an amazing tour to Mount Rainier. John did a fantastic job, he was very knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. We especially loved the stop at Paradise; the views were incredible. John also doubled as a great photographer and helped us capture some really memorable moments. Highly recommend this tour!

Customer service was patient and resolved feedback issues promptly! The driver was calm and composed, the car was impeccably clean, and bottled water was thoughtfully provided. The itinerary was well-planned, making it a fantastic trip!
