We had the All-Inclusive Pass Plus at Universal Studios and were absolutely thrilled! The park far exceeded our expectations – everything is so beautifully designed, with such attention to detail, and you really feel like you're in a movie. The VIP experience didn’t disappoint! Universal is a must do. This was a special holiday celebrating some special occasions so we decided to surprise the kids. It was also the same date as GCSE results so it was a treat our daughter’s hard work. It started with free Valet pick up and once we checked in at the VIP desk the girls were super excited. The guide we had was amazing - Owen looked after us super well, took us to the rides via express lane and held our bags whilst we were having fun. The lunch included was high quality buffet with drinks included (alcohol at extra). Water was also available at key points through the day. The studio tour experience was a great highlight made special with the VIP stops for photos at some set locations. Worth you knowing that the express lane was much better than Disney, as you can use it on all the big rides and as many times as you like. We were looked after by Owen from 9:15an and once finished with him we had 3 hours at the end of the day to go on all the rides again 👌★
