I used this service for a 3-night, 4-day trip to Busan and Gyeongju, Korea. I was a little worried because it was so cheap, but I had no problems. I never had to deal with customer service. I highly recommend it. I'd definitely use it again if I go to Korea.★

I booked this trip through Trip Advisor after seeing the great reviews and wanting to experience a day outside of Seoul.
Highlights:
Eric was a great tour guide who wanted to make sure the group was satisfied. He was a smooth driver and the drives were very chill and relaxing (great for a nap or several!) He was knowledgeable and shared his background knowledge and recommendations with us throughout the day trip.
The mountain and garden of morning calm were definite personal highlights for me — I loved riding the cable car to the mountain and experiencing the light show at the end of the night! I also got tons of great pictures!
For improvement:
Our time at Nami Island was very, very short and I wish it was longer. I think the itinerary online said it would be more than 2 hrs but we ended up spending about 45 mins there. Eric did his best to help make up for the time by being flexible at the end of the day.
I do wish I had a more detailed itinerary shared beforehand — for example, we stopped at a restaurant around 15-15:30 PM but it wasn’t on the itinerary and we had already eaten a small lunch at the mountain. Something to keep in mind for future planning — we ended up spending 53000 won (for two) at the restaurant (with the shared meal split across a group of five).
Ultimately, I enjoyed the trip and having Eric as our guide. Next time, I hope there is more time for Nami Island!
