Rain or shine we did the hike! It rain a lot and no one else showed up but just me. One of the local park personnel let me borrow a rain jacket! The tour I had previously cancelled on me because everyone else cancelled so I was glad my guide was open to do the hike despite rainy weather!★

A very well-organized activity with impeccable timing. A very pleasant experience.
Positive points: multiple pick-up locations, an ideal sunset viewing spot. You feel like you're alone (which is absolutely not the case) gazing at the vastness of the sky as you soak in the atmosphere.
The only slight drawback: the excursion is in English, and we didn't understand everything, but we managed. The stars already tell you a lot.

Our guide was fantastic! With only three people it felt like a private tour. The tour was very well organized – starting with a stroll through the old town of La Laguna, then up into the Anaga forest with several stops at breathtaking viewpoints and a one-hour hike, before driving down to the coast for the most beautiful hike in Bajamar. He told us many things only locals would know, was easy and sweet to talk to, and made the whole day feel very personal. He even kindly let us skip the cocktail bar so we could spend more time swimming at the beach and in the natural pool. In the evening he even drove us home, which was incredibly thoughtful. He was a very safe driver and overall just a wonderful person to spend the day with. We got to know the island so much better thanks to him. The higher price is clearly justified by the small group setting and the quality of the experience. Would 100% recommend!
