It was a really fun experience and well worth the price. The tour guide/driver was very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond, even though my Chinese is not great. He helped take lots of nice pictures and was clearly very familiar with the area. Lots of fun activities and a very friendly atmosphere throughout the whole day.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this tour. The travel agency communicated well in advance, the itinerary was well-planned, and the pace was just right—neither rushed nor dragging. The tour guide was highly professional, provided clear explanations, and offered warm and attentive service, patiently answering questions and taking good care of me throughout the trip. The accommodations and meals also met my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

It's a really great experience, I recommend it to everyone. The food, the staff, and the route itself—I really liked everything. When you're in Bangkok for a couple of days, it's the best solution.

Overall, well planned and good experience. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. Van was new, large, and clean. We did a private tour and communication was good via WeChat. We were picked up at 8:30am and returned back to the hotel at 7:45pm. It was a long day visiting both Suzhou and Zhouzhuang, but I don’t think it would be worth visiting on two separate days. The reason for only 4 stars was that we were charged an additional 3 hours at 150 RMB/hr. After the booking was confirmed, the tour operator said the tour is only for 8 hours of time even though the description on Trip.com said the tour would be 9am-8pm. Seemed like a bit of a bait and switch. They should just put that on the description if there are additional hourly charges.

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.


