First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.★

This Shangri-La day trip truly exceeded my expectations! No shopping stops, no hard-sell tactics – the pure enjoyment was fantastic. Special praise to the driver: his driving skills were top-notch, the ride was smooth and safe, and his service was warm and attentive. He proactively helped with luggage, reminded us of important points, and provided professional explanations throughout the trip. The entire team's service was exceptional; they responded promptly, made excellent arrangements, and the itinerary was well-paced with ample time for sightseeing. The grandeur of Tiger Leaping Gorge is a must-see. Napa Lake doesn't show its full beauty in winter, but the prayer flags offer stunning photo opportunities. It's highly recommended to prepare for altitude sickness beforehand and take Rhodiola rosea in advance. Make sure to eat a good breakfast, as the journey is long. Our guide and driver were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering helpful suggestions and providing excellent explanations – five stars!★

The 8-seat bus was comfortable, and the driver was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. One day I didn't know where to go, and she helped me find someone and book the tickets. I had a great day, so thank you! The itinerary was well-planned, with no tour guide and no shopping stops. Everything was included except for the 40 RMB electric cart ride to Blue Moon Valley. Lunch was a small hot pot with unlimited rice, and pick-up and drop-off from the hotel was also included in the tour fee. The driver picked us up from my hotel at 5:20 am, which was very kind of her. The day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was very enjoyable. The cold-weather clothing and oxygen cylinders were also included; buying or renting them would cost around 100 RMB. It was a great value day trip. The scenic area has shuttle buses, which are also included. It's definitely worth joining a tour; going on your own is very risky and hassle-free.★

It was a great experience! The driver was punctual, well informed and was able to translate everything into English. They also maintained great communication throughout the day. The mountain was very beautiful and well worth the trip. The included lunch left much to be desired.★
