Reviews: The Killing Field and Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (S21) Tour
Guest User2026-01-18
SUM Cheath was our tour guide and he was amazing. He explained the history very clearly and was available to answer all our questions. Thank you SUM Cheath and also to our bus driver who brought us around and waited patiently for us. The tour was "excellent". It was at times traumatising and often difficult to listen to the stories and read the information about the brutality of the regime. Nonetheless, I would absolutely recommend everyone to do this tour. Maybe if more people visited places like the Killing Fields and S-21, there would be less hatred and misery in today's world. I would absolutely recommend this tour. It was very informative and insightful about the tragic history of Cambodia.

I really enjoyed it! A great way to learn about Cambodia's history. Huge thanks to our guide he was a captivating storyteller, full of interesting facts. He expertly introduced us to the history of his country and capital. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed.
Reviews: Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21) and Choeung Ek Killing Fields Tour
Guest User2026-02-21
This was one of the best organized tours I’ve had in recent years of solo travel. The visit to the Killing Fields and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21) is powerful and emotionally intense. If you want to understand modern Cambodian history and what the local people have endured, this tour is essential. Miss Chesda was an exceptional guide. She speaks fluent English and combines deep historical knowledge with personal insight and empathy. Her storytelling was vivid and moving, not just a list of facts, and she answered every question thoughtfully and clearly. She also has a subtle, well-timed sense of humor. The tour was perfectly organized and ran on time. Note: the exhibition includes human remains and graphic photographs, so emotionally sensitive visitors should consider this. Overall, absolutely worth visiting.
Reviews: 1-day private charter tour of Angkor Wat small circuit in Siem Reap, Cambodia [Angkor Wat + Bayon Temple + Phnom Bakheng]
Guest User2026-02-12
This was truly a perfect trip. Siem Reap is wonderful and very safe. If you're traveling with children, I highly recommend hiring a car and a private guide; it's excellent value for money. Our driver, Xiaoming, was fantastic; he opened the car door and offered water every time we got in and out, and he could communicate in Chinese. Our guide, Liya, was beautiful and patient (which is very important for children), and her Chinese was absolutely perfect. I heard she's a nationally certified guide. Even in this sweltering heat, she accompanied us to every attraction. You'd find that for under 2,000 RMB in China, so I highly recommend her.
Reviews: Full-Day Preah Vihear, Koh Ker and Beng Mealea Private Tour
Guest User2026-03-02
Unfortunately, we couldn't go to Preah Vihear at this time. The guide gave us an explanation in the morning. It can't be helped, as it's political. Instead, we were taken to a scenic spot and a waterfall. The guide wasn't very good at Japanese, but he explained things in easy-to-understand English, so we didn't have any problems. However, as I mentioned at the beginning, the only thing I was disappointed about was that we couldn't go to Preah Vihear. Overall, I was satisfied.
