Upon arrival at terminal, you need to go left to Information center ( pic 1 ) to get your ticket, you can choose what train you want to catch. After you go straight forward and pass a barrier and follow skyliner sign and go left ( not straight as colour orange might mislead you ). Overall nice and straightforward process for AirPort Express. When it comes to 3 day Metro ticket, I couldn’t find ticket machine with QR code reader in my first station so I pressed assistance button close to gate and employee came and took me to their office and issued the ticket. Second one I bought also didn’t work on QR code reader so I was sent to main office again and got the new one within few minutes.

The easiest way to use the metro in Tokyo, pick up the tickets and scan as you go! Works for 90% of the metro and makes life so much easier! 10/10 would recommend

Great value for the money! Our tour guide Ms AZUMI was very knowledgeable about the history of every place we visited enhancing our experience and the driver’s skills in Tokyo traffic was also appreciated. The place for lunch also very good. I definitely recommend this company and tour!
