The location is convenient, the services are as described, and the equipment is in good condition. The staff speaks some English. The locker room was a bit dingy, but overall, it's a good value for the money.

Lucas was an amazing guide and driver! We felt safe, well taken care of, and entertained the entire time. He easily adapted to our group’s needs — we wanted to see a lot but only walk a little due to some physical limitations — and he made everything smooth and enjoyable. I truly recommend this tour!

This trip to Mount Rainier was pleasant as the weather was fine, with sunshine and no rain or strong winds. The driver was well prepared for the journey, offering walking sticks for walkers who may encounter challenges to the hikes up and down the various scenic spots on the Mt Rainier journey. He did a respectable commentary throughout the journey. The seating is a rather tight. A more spacious vehicle would have made the trip more enjoyable.
