Everything was very convenient and simple. After visiting Victoria Peak, we took the Peak Tram down the mountain and walked to Hong Kong Sheung Wan Pier. We used the app to purchase tickets for the overnight TurboJet ferry to Macau Pier, from where we walked to our hotel. We bought tickets for 11:00 PM but left early, at 9:30 PM. We didn't print anything; boarding was via QR code.★

I applied on Friday at 10:07 Moscow time, and my visas were ready by Tuesday at 1:13 PM. They sent the official documents by email and also sent a duplicate on WhatsApp.
The issue was resolved even faster than expected. I recommend it.
