I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.★

What an amazing experience! Thoroughly enjoyed our day to the Dolomites. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful and we got a good amount of time at each stop to look around and the walking options around the lakes were much appreciated. Our guide, Danielle, was really informative, friendly and flexible with what the group wanted to do, giving us choices when it was snowing to visit a souvenir shop or walk around one of the lakes. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful day.★

The trip across Lake Maggiore, bathed in pink and light blue by the sunset, and against the ever-darkening mountain panorama, was beautiful. The experience was unique. There was no information provided during the trip. And you don't really need it, because that's not the point.
