Reviews: 1-day tour from Shanghai to Shaoxing: Lu Xun Native Place + Ancient City of Shaoxing

I am very happy with the planning service, customer service personnel, driver cum guide for my trip from Suzhou to Shaoxing and Hengdian. The 7 seater was spacious, clean and driver was accommodating on our requests. Besides providing advance update prior to our departure, she followed up closely with me to ensure everything is in order during my trip. The driver’s service was also good throughout the journey. Car was clean, with mobile phone charging and mineral water provided. I would highly recommended their service.

This was my first short vacation in Hangzhou, and I casually booked a half-day tour package on Meituan. Guide Zhang was my host, and before we even met, he thoughtfully reminded me about public transportation. Once we met, he didn't waste any time on small talk; he went straight to the point and showed me the package. Guide Zhang was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the various attractions, patiently explaining everything while also allowing me time to take photos. Even though it was only half a day, Guide Zhang's dedication and professionalism in providing a thorough explanation were truly commendable. As a tourist from Shenzhen, this experience deepened my impression of Hangzhou. Thank you, Guide Zhang! I look forward to seeing you again. I will definitely share this experience with my friends; Hangzhou is a must-visit! 😀😀
Reviews: Hangzhou Nature and Tea Culture Private Tour (West Lake, Pagoda, Tea Making, Hiking &more)

I have positive feedback to give... Since it was around Chinese New Year, I was a little worried it would be super crowded, but it wasn’t! A lot of the places we visited were surprisingly quiet, and not touristy. The tour started at a garden by West Lake - think it was called Guo Garden. Never really heard of it before but it was such a nice way to see the lake from this angle. The tea fields in the afternoon were also very beautiful. My guide Jason was very passionate and happy to share stories. If you’re looking for a relaxing day in nature, I recommend this tour.
