The bus was spacious and clean! 👏 The tour guide's pick-up and drop-off schedule was well-planned, avoiding peak tourist seasons. 👌 The tour guide was handsome! 👍 He provided bilingual (Chinese and English) commentary and was witty and humorous. 👍 The weather was great today, and Mount Fuji looked fantastic in the photos! 👊 Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai, and Arakura Mountain Park are must-see attractions! 👏

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

The itinerary was very reasonable, and our tour guide and driver, Mr. Baiyin, provided excellent service. It was just a bit of a shame that the weather was bad and we missed the cable car!

She was professional and responsible throughout, providing detailed and engaging explanations of Mount Fuji's culture and attractions. She was incredibly clear about them. Patient and considerate, she proactively helped with taking photos, planning the route, and ensuring everyone's needs were met. The itinerary was well-organized and not rushed. Her easygoing and friendly personality, coupled with her attentive and meticulous service, made the trip relaxing and reassuring. She's a truly reliable and invaluable guide—highly recommended!

The driver I had on this trip to Mount Fuji was incredibly responsible. He arranged the sightseeing well, and we even got to see the fireworks display in the evening. He drove steadily and safely throughout the trip, and was very helpful in reminding us of important things to note. The journey was peaceful and comfortable; he was super reliable and made the trip very worry-free.
