Our guide, Gary, did his best to visit two aurora spots and was very friendly to the tour participants. He also provided detailed instructions on camera settings. Although we didn't see the aurora on the day of the tour, he explained how to request a reschedule with the company (Get Your Guide), which allowed us to quickly receive a free voucher for the desired date.★

The entire flight trip was excellent value, but the so-called overseas service representative from Ctrip was completely clueless and inexplicably contacted me a day in advance to ask if I wanted to change it to the day before. When I asked if round-trip transfers were included, she only told me to check the helicopter service provider's confirmation and call the airport myself to confirm. Booking on the helicopter website would have the same price, and I wouldn't have needed this unnecessary intermediary. I don't understand why Ctrip provides such an unnecessary service.About
