What's included
1 one-way bus ticket. Each adult is allowed 2 pieces of free baggage, with each piece not exceeding 25 kg.
All personal expenses and fees not mentioned in the inclusions. Additional costs incurred due to force majeure, such as transportation delays, strikes, weather, aircraft or mechanical failures, flight cancellations, or schedule changes.
Eligibility
Adult: Age 13 to 80
Child: Age 3 to 12
[Age Requirements] Infants aged 0–2 who do not occupy a seat are charged infant fares. Children aged 3–12 are charged child fares. Passengers aged 13 and above are charged adult fares. Children must be accompanied by an adult when purchasing tickets and traveling.
[Checked Baggage] Each passenger is allowed to carry 2 pieces of baggage weighing less than 25 kg (with the sum of length, width, and height less than 158 cm). Do not check in valuables, as you will be responsible for any consequences. For oversized baggage, please contact the bus company directly to confirm if it can be checked in, with any associated fees at your own expense.
How to use
No need to print your e-ticket admission voucher! Simply show the mobile version of your e-ticket for travel.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Pick-up time: Please arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Find your driver to check in and avoid being late!
