Onboard dining, extra baggage, all personal expenses and any fees not mentioned in the inclusions. Additional costs incurred due to force majeure, such as transportation delays, strikes, weather, aircraft or mechanical failures, flight cancellations, or schedule changes.

Eligibility

Adult: Age 18 to 80

Child: Age 3 to 17

Age policy: Infants aged 0–1 who do not occupy a seat are charged the infant fare. Children aged 2–17 are charged the child fare. Adults aged 18 and above are charged the adult fare. Children must purchase tickets and travel with an adult.

How to use

You don't need to print the e-ticket admission voucher; simply present the mobile e-ticket for your trip. Please arrive at the meeting point 1 hour in advance to check in. Do not be late or absent.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Passenger and vehicle ferry tickets must be booked separately. When booking a vehicle ferry ticket, don't forget to book a passenger ticket for yourself as well.
Ferry departure times are not fixed, please refer to the time on your e-ticket.
Ferry schedules are highly weather-dependent and may be subject to minor adjustments.
The operator may re-evaluate the classification (type, width, length, or weight) of any vehicle at the time of check-in and may change the fees charged. Any increased fare must be paid before the vehicle is loaded.
Passengers must exchange their boarding tickets at the pier. Please arrive at the pier at least 1 hour in advance.
It takes approximately 30 minutes to travel from Wellington Airport to Wellington Ferry Terminal by taxi, so if you are rushing from the airport to the ferry terminal, please allow at least 30 minutes for the ride (this does not include the time spent queuing for ticket inspection after arriving at the ferry terminal).
If you do not participate in the itinerary at the agreed time and place, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and the full amount will be charged.
All itinerary arrangements are subject to local conditions. We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary based on weather, road conditions, or other circumstances. Guests may not request compensation for such adjustments. Please be aware of this.
There are many steps when boarding, so for your and others' safety and comfort, all large baggage must be checked at the boarding pier.
Pets can board the ship, but they must remain in the passenger's own vehicle. Pet cage rental service is available (book on-site, 10 NZD/use, price for reference only).
If you are boarding the ferry with your vehicle, the ferry will provide a dedicated self-driving lane. Please provide your booking number when checking in, and on-site staff will give you a pass. Please lock your car and keep your keys with you.
