The meeting point was easy to find. I received a very friendly and helpful welcome from the Crown Tours guide. Thank you, she was extremely competent. The tour of the Uffizi Gallery was fantastic. A bit of a wait at security is normal with so many visitors. It was also quite crowded in front of the famous paintings. Overall, a very worthwhile tour that is simply a must-do when visiting Florence.★

Raffaello was beyond extraordinary -his ability to explain concepts and unpack the long complex history of the Uffizi and its contents was truly meraviglioso! He was able to connect with us immediately and created a rapport that seemed honest and intriguing within moments of starting the tour. My partner and I both had the same impression: we will never again experience the Uffizi the same. There are not enough stars to express our appreciation. Bravo Professore!!!!!★

Everything was perfect. Florence is beautiful and the guides were fantastic. Our guide Gabriel spent the most time with us. He's wonderful and spoke perfect Portuguese. The other guide, João, was also very attentive and made sure to speak our language the whole time. We loved the tour.
