Raffaello was beyond extraordinary -his ability to explain concepts and unpack the long complex history of the Uffizi and its contents was truly meraviglioso! He was able to connect with us immediately and created a rapport that seemed honest and intriguing within moments of starting the tour. The timing was well planned to get to the train both times so we were never rushed which was very smart. It was comforting knowing we had a guide to easily get us through the transportation process. Our guide in Florence was amazing. He loves Florence and you could tell from everything he said as we walked around the city. It was such a pleasure listening to him talk about the beautiful city. He had great advice on where to spend our free time, too which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this tour it is definitely worth it.
