We enjoyed the tour!! The headsets had tons of feedback so it was hard to hear at times but didn’t effect the overall tour

If you get Divan from South Africa as your guide through the catacombs in Rome, you’ve hit the tour guide jackpot. The guy is basically a walking historical encyclopedia. He fired off facts about ancient Rome, early Christianity, burial practices, and Roman history like he had personally been there taking notes. Honestly, I’m pretty sure he could walk into a university lecture hall and put a few history professors on notice. His knowledge is incredible, but what really made the tour great was his humor and energy. He mixed deep historical insight with jokes that kept everyone laughing, which is impressive when you’re standing in a 2,000-year-old underground cemetery. Divan made the entire experience fascinating, fun, and unforgettable. If you’re touring the catacombs, hope you get him — you won’t regret it.
