If you're staying for a stopover, you probably don't need to buy it... haha ​​I felt like it was a waste to just walk around the Van Gogh Museum this time. Next time, I should buy this and this and walk around a bit.

The card works perfectly in all museums, the only thing in Amsterdam is that you need to take a slot for a specific time, but it's not difficult, you need to go to the museum's website and in the "buy a ticket" section, select the window where it says museum card, fill out everything offered and receive a slot by email

Public resources are also important for excursions outside towns in tourist areas. It is good that it is almost everywhere only using credit card. Limited cash use. Some of our traders should learn. You don't go to Amsterdam to enjoy food because you don't eat very well. If you have good legs and comfortable sneakers, you'd better visit the city walking. The bike is also preferable. It is worth taking an excursion (in max half an hour from Amsterdam Central station you get) to Sandham Zaans Volendam Keukenhof garden (only in the period around 11 March-11 May)

We had an absolutely fantastic tour today with Pedro! From start to finish, he was engaging, incredibly well-informed, and wonderfully attentive to everyone in the group. His passion for art and history really brought both the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum to life — he made the experience fascinating and effortless. Pedro not only guided us through the must-see highlights but also introduced us to lesser-known works and stories that we never would have discovered on our own. His explanations were clear, insightful, and full of enthusiasm, making complex art and history feel vivid and accessible. It was the perfect balance of learning, enjoyment, and inspiration. We left with a much deeper appreciation of Dutch art and culture — and huge smiles on our faces. Highly recommend this tour (and Pedro in particular) to anyone visiting Amsterdam!
