They will call to confirm in advance. It's a small group of 15 people, and the tour guide was very nice and enthusiastic. They provided explanations throughout the trip and took care of everyone. There were also local guides inside the palace. Very good.

Ultimately a nice experience, but not exactly what we had booked. We had booked a bike tour for the four of us, where at most 5 were supposed to be on bikes. In the end, we set off with 4 other guests, the guide on a Segway, and us on bikes as booked. Not an ideal combination, and certainly not as booked.
