Reviews: Bordeaux Afternoon Food Tour : Sweets, Wine and Cheese

What a wonderful afternoon with Aurelio! He was so knowledgeable, sweet, and entertaining. We learned a lot about the history of the area and sampled some first rate chocolate, pastries and cappuccino. I’m not a fan of coffee, so the barista made me an Iced white chocolate drink with cinnamon that hit the spot on this hot day. I would highly recommend this tour!

The tour was well organised, Mika shared lots of interesting historical information at each stop (including photos) and kept things fun. We’ve been on several bike tours and this one was up there with the best. Highly recommend. 10/10
Reviews: Bordeaux by Gravel Bike : Monumets, vineyards & winery stop
Guest User2025-09-25
Edwin was an AMAZING guide. He was very knowledgeable about the city and its history. It was very cool to see so much of the city by bike in the morning before the rest of the city (and tourists) had really started their day. The winery gave us so much information about their processes and getting to taste grapes off of the vine was definitely a highlight of the trip.
Reviews: Bordeaux: Wine Masterclass with Cheese and Charcuterie Board
Guest User2025-10-27
I loved the historical information at the beginning of our class as well as a thorough explanation of the different regions and wine classifications. I especially loved his explanation and chance to explore the sensory aspects of the wine - visual, smell and taste. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and seems to really enjoy talking about wine, making it easy to follow and understand. This was time and money well spent.
Reviews: From Bordeaux: St-Emilion Day Tour with Tastings and Lunch

The visits are great and I enjoyed it very much. Only thing I would change was the meal at lunch. The chicken was very meh and the compote is not so nice either.
Reviews: Médoc Region Half-Day Wine Tour with Winery Visit & Tastings from Bordeaux
Guest User2025-10-26
The half-day excursion to the Margaux appellation was very informative. We visited two wineries and learned a great deal about the different wines of the Médoc, the grape harvest, fermentation, and aging. We tasted several red wines at both wineries. Léa's excellent service and the fact that the group size was limited to a maximum of eight people were particularly noteworthy.
