The Istanbul Pass experience is fantastic, communication is smooth via WhatsApp when there's a problem, the guides are very professional, they give a short, pleasant and simple explanation of the place and then you continue at your own pace, the only drawback is that all the explanations are in English.

Everything was ok, I visited Hagia Sophia and Cistern of Bazilica during one day. It was amazing!!! They are close, better go there in the morning, at 9AM.

positive: the cistern is a magnificent and magical place negative: we had completely valid skip-the-line electronic tickets in the guet your guide app and yet we were bothered for an hour I don't know why!!!
