A pleasant experience arriving in Venice. Friendly staff. It's easy to get to the platform; everything is well signposted. Remember to exchange your voucher for a paper ticket; the ticket office is located just before the long moving walkway.★

The meeting point was set as planned at the location mentioned. Since the other people didn't want to walk any further at the end of the day or no longer felt up to the pace, I ended up alone with the guide. However, the tour still took place, and I'm grateful to her because I couldn't reschedule for another day, as I was leaving the next day! The explanations were excellent, and the local guide knew her city and its neighborhoods (sestiere) very well. I highly recommend it.
