It was incredible - once I collected the card and guides and maps I was able to plan exactly where I wanted to visit and having everything that I could access with the card detailed on a map made this so easy.

Getting the skip the line tickets definitely gives you time back as the queues for people getting their own tickets was a lot longer. We had no queue, entered at our allocated time. Having the support of people who know the process was a relieve. Felt a but unorganised when we arrived as we had a child & they needed to get their tickets differently than the adults (needed ID'd by museum staff), otherwise good experience.

Skipping the line was nice as the sun was shining down on almost all of the queuing area outside the museum On top of skipping the line. We had a fantastic tour lead by Gayla. She had so many details and the use of headphones helped us to hear it all as the gallery crowds swelled It was a great tour and to hear it from someone who took such pride in all that was in the gallery made it excellent! Thanks

We had a really great experience on this tour of Florence. Our guide Chiara was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a very clear and engaging way. We were a group of 13 people, which felt like a perfect size and made the experience more enjoyable and personal. She took her time walking us through the most important paintings, monuments, and the history of Florence, and she was always open to questions, which made it very interactive. You could really tell she cared about making sure everyone understood and was enjoying the tour. Even though it was Easter weekend and the city was very crowded, everything was very well organized and we were still able to see everything calmly, without feeling rushed. We truly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get to know Florence in a deeper and more meaningful way.
