from start to finish the whole team were excellent . we had an original trip cancelled last minute with *** and despite numerous calls to *** they were absolutely useless . where as this company wrre amazing . there sas a small issue with times but this was rectified efficiently and without delay . the driver arrived at time allocated for pick and was an absolute gentleman .. if your going to Auschwitz . book with this company .. 5 star quality fr a 5 star team .. thank you to the entire team who made what was to be a memorable trip just what we expected ..★

The hotel's round-trip transportation was very thoughtful! The tour guide also explained things very carefully and clearly. It made me understand how Jews or those who were arrested in concentration camps were treated, which saddened me deeply.About
