He did the tour very hard, but because it was Easter, there were too many people, so I missed the party before going up the tower in the middle. It was hard to get a ticket, but thanks to you, the tour was good.★

Concha was a great guide, so happy I did the tour with a guide who was so knowledgable, but made it interesting and lighthearted too. She knew where every level in the floor changed and could forewarn you, because there were so many people in the Alcazar sometimes it was difficult to see the floor.
