Excellent customer service especially the local guide, George. He was very knowledgeable about Lucca and Pisa. George was friendly and shared interesting stories about the city’s history. We visited famous landmarks and a few hidden spots. It was a great way to explore both cities in a day. I highly recommend this tour! Definitely a 5 stars to George! And the driver!

Although we had 20!! People in our group, Antonella handled it beautifully! My husband is hearing impaired so had a few challenges along the way. No microphones used..which we are OK with! She is very passionate about her love for Lucca and the history story she told was amazing. So well worth the two hour tour! Very reasonably priced! Can’t wait to return to the beautiful quaint town of Lucca!

The tour was great very informative . My only issue was that the group was large and there were no Audio Units . This meant that when the guide turned away to point at something you could t always hear her . My partner is partially deaf so he had trouble hearing all the information

An excellent opportunity to experience the hills of Lucca and view magnificent villas. Fabrizio made sure I was comfortable on the e-bike before we commenced the ride, and constantly monitored the safety aspects as we went along. A wonderful morning and a highlight of my time in Lucca!

It was a wonderful experience, lots of waves and water! The equipment and guides were top notch; they even gave us shoes, warm changing rooms, and cold water, but we were well-wrapped and didn't suffer from the cold. We'll try other activities with them.


