Alfred was a very informative, personable tour guide who gave us a very in-depth tour through the many ages of York ( including the rear end of the library 😄) Would thoroughly recommend him , although you would definitely need some good shoes / boots for walking over various terrains

My Wife and I booked to go on the Historical Gems Tour & Taste of York Chocolate on Thursday 12th Sept 2024. We can’t thank Sherlombo enough for an amazing and entertaining tour, he was not only incredibly knowledgable and professional, but also warm, entertaining and engaging. Even though there were only 4 people on the tour he kept in character the whole time, and played an excellent part. Sherlombo was an fantastic tour guide and can’t thank him enough for his time, and will definitely be booking more tours with yourselves next time we come to York or any of the major cities in the UK as this was great value for money.


