Reviews: Day Tour in Mt. Field, Mt. Wellington, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary and Richmond
Guest User2024-05-27
What a wonderful variety of the best of the Hobart area! From the Mt. Field National Park forest to the Bonorong Sanctuary and finally the summit of Mt. Wellington we were treated to experiences we could not have accessed on our own without a great deal of driving and effort. Thankfully we had an expert driver who kept us moving but gave us plenty of time to immerse in each location.
Reviews: Hobart: Maria Island National Park Active Full-Day Tour
Guest User2026-03-21
Visiting Maria island and spotting the animals in the wild was a wonderful experience. The sights were breathtaking and spotting the animals was adventurous. However we were hiking the whole day covering a little over 12km uphill and downhill which is very exhausting. While the description did mention that it will include walking, many tourists on the trip were surprised by the amount of extensive walking over a rough terrain. In future, Please provide the option of either doing the whole trip or just visiting the painted cliffs. If given the option, many would have loved to just visit the painted cliffs and have enough time to take a dip in the sea rather than spend their energy elsewhere. Guide was good but not very mindful of all his guests. I was stuck at one spot and couldn’t climb up a slightly steep area and one of the other tourist helped me. And he didnt bother much to check on me other than to keep track of his count.

The views were amazing! The tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable It makes me wish we could be there for a couple of days. It was so nice to be picked up, see Seattle, and to be dropped off at our ship! Thank you for a great day.
Reviews: Seattle + Snoqualmie Falls one-day tour[Round-trip from Seattle]

Overall, it matched the description, but the tour guide was late in the morning. Time spent in the German town was limited; after trying the pork knuckle and sausages, we had less than half an hour left for the tour. The pork knuckle was very large; I recommend one serving for three people.
