Reviews: Japan Bus Ticket - Tokyo to Fuji-Q Highland Round-trip Bus Ticket via Lake Kawaguchi
Guest User2026-03-29
On the first day of our trip to Japan, we took a bus to Mount Fuji. We were a little confused at first, but the locals were kind enough to help us figure it out. To get on the right bus, go to Tokyo Station and look for the schedule on the electronic board. Once you've found your bus, look for the counter with the corresponding number. The journey took about two hours, and the ride was comfortable and pleasant. Seats are marked on the tickets, so don't take someone else's seat: Japanese people, while they won't be confrontational, will politely ask you to move. The bus definitely deserves an "excellent" rating 👍

Reviews: Experience Japanese calligraphy & tea ceremony at a traditional house in Nagoya
Guest User2025-02-14
This was a very authentic, intimate, and educational experience. We’ve been to Japan a few times already and the calligraphy and tea ceremony gave us a unique peek into Japanese culture that we’ve never had before. It was specially fun to learn the basics of calligraphy which is apparently a lot harder than you might imagine. The charming venue was the host’s (Yuzo) own house (over 100 years old) and he shared his own memories of growing up in a traditional home. They also had personal items like a traditional Buddhist altar and Japanese kimono which they showcased to further add to the experience. The hosts (Yuzo and Kumiko) spoke very good English, were very hospitable and warm. They were even gracious enough to arrange for our taxi pick up. Will definitely recommend this for anyone going to Nagoya!
