From the very beginning — from the moment Alex greeted us — I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The entire trip was perfectly organised, smooth, and thoughtfully planned. Every location, every stop, and every activity felt comfortable and enjoyable.
Alex is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, attentive, and caring. He created a friendly atmosphere, answered all questions, and made sure everyone in the group felt included.
Thank you for such a memorable day — it truly made my time in Da Lat special. I highly recommend this tour and especially Alex as a guide!★

We were picked up from the hotel at 8 a.m. and dropped off at 5 p.m. The day was interesting, educational, and packed full of activities. We visited everything listed in the tour description. There were 12 people in our group. We were driven around in a comfortable minibus and provided water. The guide was excellent; he shared a wealth of information about the route and Vietnam, made jokes, and was generally a very pleasant and sociable guy. I liked that the tours weren't designed to push purchases, as is often the case in Southeast Asia. The waterfalls were beautiful. The temple was also beautiful, covered in flowers and very soulful. We had the opportunity to try crickets at the cricket farm; perhaps someone would be interested in that experience. They also showed us how rice alcohol is made, and they even offered to try it (unfortunately, I had to decline). At the silk factory, we saw silk production itself—everything is authentic. At the end of the tour, we were given a photo of the entire group. Thanks to the guide, driver, and organizers for a wonderful day.★

We spend 2D and 1N at the Cat Tien Nationalpark and it was a nice experience. We saw a lot of animals and had some of-track rainforest experience. Our guide was friendly and everything was well organized.★

Booked this tour, but just a day before it started, we were told the itinerary will be changed due to operational reasons. Bit of a surprise, but we went ahead with it.
The tour itself was pretty affordable, though it's worth noting that the low price didn’t cover lunch or many of the entrance fees. To be fair, the operator did mention what was and wasn’t included, but it might be helpful in the future if they could give a rough idea of how much extra cash to set aside for those add-ons.
Big shoutout to our guide, Bao — super knowledgeable, brought us around the different places, and even doubled as our photographer/videographer! And of course, thank you to the driver for bringing us around safely!★

View is highly contingent on weather and luck. The clouds were not as great because of strong winds the day I went. Vin, on the other hand was a humorous and engaging guide which made the experience better. The hike up to the peak, while short at 20-25mins, was quite steep and challenging in pitch darkness with only a flashlight. Walking sticks provided.
