How to use
Ski Dubai is located on the ground floor of Mall of Emirates. Exchange your confirmation voucher for the ticket with a QR code at the ticket counter.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- Slope is for experienced skier or snowboarder only
- To join this activity without an instructor you must be able to use the chairlift, control speed, know how to stop, and how to do a linked turn (equivalent to at least Intermediate Level 2) for health and safety reasons.
- Skiers/snowboarders between the ages of 3 - 8 years can only enter with adult supervision and for ages 9 -14 years they can enter if the supervised adults are within the mall premises
- For safety reasons, children under three years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai Slope
