Please do not queue at the ticket office! Go directly to the boarding gate n°2 of Vedettes de Paris located on Port de Suffren and show your ticket. Nearest metro stops: Bir Hakeim (line 6) and Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel (RER C).

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
