| Attraction Introduction |
[Taiwu Mountain Small Pillar Fort] consists of two fort structures, with the upper one featuring a small cylindrical shape that gives it its name.
[Bai'er Steps] Caicuo Ancient Trail, located at the northern foot of Taiwu Mountain, starts from the hiking entrance behind Caicuo Village. This historic hiking path features natural rock steps, and due to the numerous stone steps, locals also call it "Bai'er Steps" (meaning "One Hundred and Two Steps").
[Haiyin Temple] Built during the Song Dynasty, Haiyin Temple has a history of over 800 years. Located in a depression at the summit of Taiwu Mountain, it was anciently known as Taiwu Rock Temple. The shape of Taiwu Mountain, when viewed from afar, resembles a reclining hermit, earning it the folk description as a "land where immortals lie," a place imbued with spiritual energy. The Haiyin Temple, constructed atop this mountain, thrives with continuous incense offerings.
[Qionglin Settlement] is located in central Kinmen, originally called Pinglin. The settlement nurtured many honest and outstanding civil and military officials. During the reign of Emperor Xizong of the Ming Dynasty, Qionglin scholar Cai Xianchen entered the imperial court as an official. When the emperor inquired about his hometown, he deemed the name "Pinglin" too ordinary and bestowed the name "Qionglin," hence the current name.
