It was a great itinerary, and the tour guide was attentive and responsible, providing explanations in English, Japanese, and Mandarin. I felt Jiufen might be better visited at night, so I booked this night tour, which definitely had a wonderful atmosphere. There are also daytime tours to Jiufen, in the order of Jiufen – Shifen – Yehliu. However, the night tour arrives at Yehliu in the afternoon, which might be a drawback as there are more tourists than in the morning. There are many seafood restaurants around Yehliu, so if you've driven there yourself, you can have a delicious meal.★

Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!★

My husband, my father, and my mother were four of us. Not only was it one of the most affordable tours you'll find anywhere, but from start to finish, our tour guide, Chen (CHEN), was the kindest and most fun of any tour guide I've ever been on! He was incredibly thorough and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed, and even shared any other details about our personal itinerary when we asked him. (^^) He was incredibly attentive, and I'd definitely like to travel with Chen as my guide again! Thank you so much!
