The tour leader/driver was great; he drove smoothly, the car was new, he opened and closed doors for the entire trip, and his service was excellent.
Reviews: 1-day tour to Kyoto's Arashiyama and Togetsukyo Bridge, exploring hidden attractions in Kyoto and encountering cherry blossoms and bamboo groves
Guest User2026-03-06
We had a wonderful day exploring Sanzen-in, the Sagano Bamboo Forest, and Togetsukyo Bridge, and we are very grateful to have had Kang Fu, Jun Kai as both our bus driver and tour guide. Kang Fu, Jun Kai was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire journey. His driving was smooth and safe, which made the trip very comfortable and relaxing. At the same time, he shared helpful information and interesting insights about the places we visited, which made the experience much more meaningful. Sanzen-in was peaceful and beautiful, the Sagano Bamboo Forest was truly breathtaking, and the view from Togetsukyo Bridge was stunning. Jun Kai managed the schedule very well, giving us enough time to enjoy each location without feeling rushed. What stood out most was his patience and warm attitude. He made everyone feel welcome and ensured that the entire trip ran smoothly.
Reviews: Kyoto Kifune Shrine, Arashiyama, and Sanzen-in Temples: A 9-person Small Group Tour to Enjoy the Cool Summer and Autumn Leaves
Guest User2026-02-07
On February 6th, we visited Sanzen-in Temple, Kibune, and Arashiyama. Our tour guide was Jiang Jun (Fukuda Hiroichi), and I would give him a five-star rating! The bus was a small, clean vehicle, although the seating was quite small. But that's typical for Japanese buses, so there's not much to do about it. The departure and return times for the attractions were well-managed. The driver was very attentive and responsible in answering our questions, and driving felt very safe. Since the passengers were all quite quiet and reserved, the bus was relatively quiet with little guided tour, which I believe is understandable, as he needed to concentrate on driving. Therefore, the lack of detailed explanations of the attractions was acceptable. One thing to note is that the driver showed me the seats for the Arashiyama sightseeing train, but when we arrived, we found that the cable car was closed in winter. Please be aware of this when you go!

Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Liu, for your kind introduction, which allowed us to take photos of another side of the Floating Palace, and for reminding us that we could go directly to the factory at the very back to taste freshly baked Baumkuchen cakes.

Thank you to our tour guide, Ms. Wang Ting. She was very nice, especially since we brought our baby on the tour. We also want to thank the Japanese driver for helping us with the stroller. The itinerary allowed us to choose our own activities at each attraction. Since we were traveling with our baby, we opted for a more relaxed pace, and the travel time between attractions was short. My daughter particularly enjoyed the Baumkuchen factory, which many people don't like; she played there for quite a while, and it was also a great place for taking photos. Going on a tour was so much more convenient and cheaper than traveling independently!
Reviews: [Osaka/Kyoto Departure] Kyoto Day Tour | Arashiyama + Kifune Shrine + Sanzen-in (Optional Sagano Romantic Train | Seasonal Sakura Viewing)
Guest User2024-05-27
We departed from Osaka at 8:30 AM, right on time. The driver's license plate number and contact information were posted in advance on their WeChat official account, along with detailed pictures of the meeting point, making it easy to find using navigation. The entire itinerary was very well-planned; we fed the deer, visited Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and smoothly took photos at Fushimi Inari Shrine. There were many beautiful women in kimonos along the way, and we even took some photos with them!
