On the day of travel, please present the reserved passenger's first and middle names + contact phone number + valid ID (passport) + electronic confirmation for boarding.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Please note: After picking you up from the airport, the bus will first go to [BSI BUS TERMINAL] for a transfer before heading to your selected Reykjavik city stop. English-speaking staff will be available to assist you. Feel free to communicate any questions or requests directly with the driver or on-site staff.
