Details: We will move from Fábrica la Aurora to visit our favorite vineyard. We will begin our tour exploring the beautiful gardens of the place, while admiring the architecture of the hacienda. We will dive into the history of wine in Mexico and learn about the origins of this vineyard. In addition, we will learn about the varieties of grapes cultivated and the favorable conditions that Guanajuato offers for their growth. We will continue our adventure exploring the production area, where we will delve into the fascinating winemaking process. Afterwards, we will go to the cellar, where the aging and maturation of the wines takes place.
