Our guide Alex was.incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Guanajuato and all of Mexico. He shared how the culture, architecture, and history are interwoven. The mine was very interesting and the hacienda was beautiful. We moved at a fairly slow pace allowing us to enjoy the day and learn a lot.

It was an incredible day and our favorite experience in Guanajuato! Raul was an amazing guide and gave us a lot of information about some of the history of the city plus details of what we saw along the way. The scenery was stark and beautiful! I would highly recommend this hike to make any stay in Guanajuato extra special!
