My first time on La Gomera was great I will certainly be returning. The jeep tour was well organised and got us to places that you would not want to venture in a hire car. Efficient staff and an interesting itinerary made it a day to remember.★

Too much chatter and Maria, the guide, was completely incomprehensible. It drove us crazy. She never shut up for a second, promising to do it. She kept getting the time and year wrong. So German and English were completely different stories, and we couldn't understand her. She spoke Spanish almost the entire time.★

We traveled in a convoy, divided by language. Our car was a mix of Belgians and Germans, and the tour was conducted bilingually. Our guide, Carlo [not Dutch, but Belgian ;)], told us a lot about the island. The day trip was a lot of fun, and we saw quite a bit of the island and its beautiful landscape. The stops were a bit short (20-30 minutes), but we visited many places. The drive to the restaurant wasn't exactly on the route, but the food was very good and reasonably priced (€13.50 per person for a starter, main course, a small ice cream, wine, and water). The tour is perfect for people who want to get a feel for the landscape without having to drive themselves (which can be quite dangerous in some places if you're not experienced driving on tight, winding roads). All in all, a highly recommended tour.★

The experience started off very badly. We booked for the jeep safari, but when we were assigned the vehicles, they called us and assigned us a grumpy driver. The worst part was that it was a van. Annoyed by this, we mentioned it to the main guide, and he immediately arranged for us to be placed in a jeep. The experience was fantastic, both for the transportation and for the presentation of the places and the places themselves. Highly recommended!★
