The tour package included a winery visit on the return trip, but it didn't. The time was also shortened by an hour. We encountered traffic and asked the tour guide if we could rest and use the restroom, but he refused. His attitude was poor. The return trip, which had been delayed by two hours due to traffic, took three hours, and we didn't get to visit the winery.

We were lucky that my wife and I were the only 2 on the tour. Fernanda was brilliant. We learnt so much about Valparaiso and Chile more broadly and really enjoyed the 4 hours or so. Would very much recommend.

A very well-organized tour. The admin was available on WhatsApp and responded quickly to questions. The guide's contact information was provided in advance. Everything was on schedule. The guide drove carefully, making additional stops where I requested. She was professional and unobtrusive. The time flew by. Highly recommended.


