Stefan and his staff were excellent, very focused on us having a good experience and learning a great deal about Sardinian wines and other related complimentary foods. The four wine varietals we tasted (actually six different wines) were all very good and paired well with a rather full meal of Sardinian foods (meats, cheeses, breads, crackers, produce). Stephan speaks English fairly well and for phrases he doesn’t quite get, we had fun figuring eachother out. SA BINUTECA was a great 2-hour local experience which we would highly recommend to other “wine geeks”.

We loved the experience, Mauri is a very kind and attentive guide! The activity is great if you like adventure, but it can also be done by those who are a little more afraid... We did it as a family, and it was great for everyone.


