Day 1
Meet at meeting point: Paralimni Marina 22QP+6R6, Pernera 5295, Cyprus When entering the marina, head toward the church; the pick-up point is under a large blue tent, where one of our crew members will be waiting for you. Parking is available near the Golden Coast Hotel, just a short walk from the pick-up point for your convenience.Meet at meeting point: Protaras Pier 23C2+JJX, Παραλιακός πεζόδρομος Πρωταρά - Περνέρα, Pernera, Cyprus When entering the main strip of Protaras, pass McDonald's and take the first left turn. Continue straight down toward the beach, where the pier is located with numerous boats ready for departure. There is parking available near Evalena Hotel, just a short walk from the pier.
Attractions and Activities: Protaras Pier (Free entry How to visit:No indoor visits) Protaras Pier serves as the main departure point for boat trips along the eastern coast of Cyprus, including tours to Turtle Cove, Blue Lagoon, and Cape Greco. The pier is a lively hub where visitors can board modern and traditional boats, offering easy access to the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. Its convenient location near the center of Protaras makes it ideal for both locals and tourists, and it's a popular spot for photography, especially at sunrise and sunset.
Attractions and Activities: Paralimni Marina (Free entry How to visit:No indoor visits) The charming Pernera Fishing Shelter, home to around 80 traditional fishing boats, will be integrated into the waterspace of Paralimni Marina, providing additional protection for the local fleet. Next to the fishing harbor stands a small chapel dedicated to Agios Nikolaos, the patron saint of sailors. Many of his miracles are connected to the sea, and locals believe he protects the boats and their crews, which is why the chapel was built at this location. It is also our second pick-up point.

It perfectly combines traditional Mediterranean charm, stunning natural beauty, and modern European standards of living. The Pernera Beach Hotel was the first hotel built in the area after the Turkish Invasion of 1974, marking the beginning of its development as a top tourist destination.
Attractions and Activities: Protaras Coastal Promenade (Free entry How to visit:No indoor visits) Protaras is a resort town in eastern Cyprus, famous for its stunning beaches, particularly Fig Tree Bay, named after its iconic lone fig tree. Above the bay, excavated Hellenistic tombs hint at the area's ancient history. To the northwest, the limestone Church of Profitis Ilias sits atop a rocky hill, marking the start of a scenic nature trail that leads down to Konnos Beach. To the south, Cape Greco National Forest Park offers crystal-clear waters and protected pine forest trails, perfect for hiking and exploring.
Fig Tree Bay is a sandy beach in Protaras, Paralimni, Cyprus. In 2011, TripAdvisor declared it the third-best beach in Europe. Fun fact: The beach gets its name from the fig trees that once filled the area, though now only a few remain, including the iconic lone fig tree that provides shade and a perfect photo spot for visitors!
Attractions and Activities: Green Bay (Free entry How to visit:No indoor visits) Green Bay is a hidden gem near Protaras, Cyprus, known for its crystal-clear waters and sheltered cove, perfect for snorkeling and diving. Once a quiet retreat, it's now famous for its underwater sculpture garden and frequent sea turtle sightings. The bay's calm waters and moderate depths make it ideal for beginners, while its rocky surroundings add a sense of adventure. A peaceful alternative to busier beaches, Green Bay offers both relaxation and a touch of underwater exploration.
Attractions and Activities: Konnos Bay Gardens (Ticket included) Konnos Bay is considered one of the most scenic beaches in Cyprus. Stretching for about 200 meters, its fine golden sand and calm, crystal-clear waters make it ideal for swimming, especially for children. During our trip, we will have a 30-minute swimming stop from the boat. Please note that diving from the boat is not allowed here, as the area is home to many turtles. Attractions and Activities: Cape Greco National Forest Park (Free entry How to visit:No indoor visits) Cape Greco National Park lies between the resort towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras and is popular with visitors for its stunning natural environment. It is the easternmost point of both the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. According to local legend, the area is also home to the mysterious “Ayia Napa sea monster”, adding a touch of folklore to its dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear waters.
Attractions and Activities: Ayioi Anargiroi Church (Free entry How to visit:No indoor visits) The small chapel of Agioi Anargyroi stands majestically at the edge of a vertical cliff above the sea. It is dedicated to Saints Kosmas and Damianos, and below the chapel lies a cave with the holy water of the Saints. This charming chapel, painted in serene shades of blue and white, is a popular choice for couples to hold their wedding ceremonies and baptisms. The area is also a favorite spot for diving. At the entry point, the depth is about 9 meters, where divers can admire lush underwater vegetation, towering rocks, and a variety of fish species. The site offers opportunities for different types of diving, and as you venture further inward, the increasing depth allows for more technical dives.
Attractions and Activities: Kamara Tou Koraka (Free entry How to visit:No indoor visits) This bridge is one of the most famous attractions in the Cape Greco area. What makes it truly spectacular is that it is a rare natural formation, sculpted by nature over thousands of years. Over the past decade, however, the bridge has been at risk of gradual erosion, threatening this natural wonder.
Attractions and Activities: The Blue Lagoon (Ticket included) The Blue Lagoon is one of the most popular spots in the area, attracting thousands of visitors by boat. Its crystal-clear waters are so transparent that you can see all the way to the seabed. The inviting, refreshing waters are perfect for swimming or snorkeling, allowing you to explore the underwater world for meters on end. During our trip, we will have our second swimming stop from the boat, and diving is allowed either from the upper or lower deck. 30 min(s)
