Day 1
Meet at meeting point: A visit to the desert of the Protected Area of Wadi Rum always starts in Wadi Rum Village. We will pick you up from the parking lot in the village, next to Wadi Rum Rest house. You can reach the village by your own (rental) car, taxi or bus.Our half-day tours depart at 9am and 2pm. Please arrive up to 20 minutes before the start time. We will start at the parking lot next to Wadi Rum village. Here we will pick you up and bring you back after the tour or you can opt for a night in our Bedouin camp.
Attractions and Activities: Lawrence’s Spring (Free entry) We will check out the place were natural water is collected in the desert and where camels are still drinking from. 10 min(s)
Attractions and Activities: Wadi Rum Protected Area (Free entry) Red Sand Dune. We will stop at the red sand dune. There you can climb to the top of the dune to have a beautiful 360degrees view of the desert. Afterwards you can relax with a cup of Bedouin tea. 30 min(s)
Attractions and Activities: Khazali Cayon (Free entry) We will enter the canyon to see inscriptions from different periods in history. 30 min(s)
Attractions and Activities: Wadi Rum Protected Area (Free entry) Small Arch. We will stop at the small arch and scramble to the top. Your guide will make a nice photo when you're on top of the arch. 30 min(s)
Attractions and Activities: Um Frouth Rock Arch (Free entry) We will climb to the Um Frouth Rock Bridge and make some nice photos at the top 40 min(s)
Attractions and Activities: Burrah Canyon (Free entry) We will drop you off at the start of the canyon, through which you can walk all the way to the end in 30-45 minutes. On the way you have beautiful views of the desert and the narrow parts of the canyon. At the end there might be some time for sandboarding. 1 hr(s)
Attractions and Activities: Um Sabatah (Free entry) If you start the tour in the afternoon we will watch the sunset at Um Sabatah, while enjoying some Bedouin tea around a campfire. 40 min(s)
Afterwards we will bring you back to the parking lot next to Wadi Rum Rest House.
