Details: During your cooking experience you'll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, tiramisù and gnocchi.
An experienced chef will teach you the best techniques and will guide you during the whole process.
All the dishes that we prepare will have a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option.
We'll start from the tiramisù, completely from scratch, making the tiramisù cream and assembling your own one, which will need to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
You'll learn, step by step, how to make pasta from scratch, how to prepare the perfect sauce and how to cook your pasta properly.
You'll also make Gnocchi from scratch, we'll prepare the truffle sauce and we'll bake your own dish to make the cheesy gnocchi just a little crunchy on top!
All of this, accompanied by a fabulous wine tasting, with both white and red top class Italian wines
