Reviews: Madrid City Tour – Hop On Hop Off Bus

Fantastic! We arrived at the meeting place around 0945 on the day. There were 3 options; route 1, 2 or 3. In any case each route finished at the original meeting place, so once the first route ended we just waited until the next route was available. If you’re considering doing all 3 routes it’ll take around 5 hrs to complete which were great! Essentially one route covers the north part and the rest are east and west. If you’re looking at covering as much as you can to see as much as possible, then we would highly recommend this excursion.

Terrible beginning, the sound system didn’t work and wasn’t ready when we arrived at 1.30pm, the tour left 30mins late and the system still didn’t work on site, the guide then had to change our headsets on site and tour began 1 hour late??

The tour was good we learnt so much about the history of Madrid and the palace itself, our Tour Guide David is very knowledgeable. It’s a nice 2 hours to start the day in Madrid, I did the 10 a.m. tour.
