The service was excellent. After booking, we set up a WeChat group for communication. Our flight to Luxor was delayed the day we arrived, so we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and get a room number, but we ended up checking in in the wee hours. They even waited for us until we checked in and got our room number. I really don't think it's worth using an agent just to save money. Not only is the communication cost high, but it's also insecure. After spending a lot of money on a trip, it's better to prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience.★

The trip was incredibly smooth and seamless. I'm so grateful to our customer service representative, Shark, for her help. I requested a last-minute itinerary change, and she immediately resolved the date change. Even during Egypt's peak tourist season, the last-minute change allowed us to maintain the original hot air balloon launch dates. Thank you so much!★

Everything was great, including the transfer, but we did spend $85 on the excursion, which wasn't mentioned in the tour. It's better to go with the all-inclusive option. The guide was English but excellent; we didn't understand, but it was still fun. Overall, everything was fine, minus the $85 we spent, the total: $48 + $85 = $133.★

The pick-up was very punctual, and the car was arranged. There was no need to pick up other guests on the road, which saved a lot of time. The Chinese reception is very good from the United States, and the process is very familiar. The service is great ～
The boat has three floors, very clean and comfortable, the food for lunch is OK, the crew is warm, and the service is quite good.
The Red Sea is so beautiful, Orange Island is also worth a visit, lying on the beach and taking a nap ～
The fish and coral reefs at the snorkeling point feel relatively ordinary, and the sea is still too cold in early March ～★
