I used it when traveling to Germany, France, and Switzerland. It seems like you don't need to reserve a seat. I didn't, but I was able to sit down everywhere. This pass saved me about 20,000 yen, so I highly recommend it. Apparently, if you don't activate it before boarding, you'll be fined.

My partner and I had always wanted to visit the Louvre, so we thought a guided tour with a small group would be the best experience for us. Our kind Pierre was extremely welcoming and friendly. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable when it came to all of the art in the Louvre. We learnt lots in our 2.5 hours and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you again Pierre and I highly recommend Babylon tours to anyone visiting Paris :)


