You'll make five dishes with step-by-step guidance: • Nigiri Sushi – using wild fish from Omicho Market • Jibuni – Kanazawa's signature chicken stew • Dashi-Maki Tamago – soft rolled omelet with a Michelin-style recipe • Dashi Broth – traditional bonito and kelp stock • Seasonal Side Dish & Miso Soup Use premium Japanese knives and, if you wish, visit our in-house Knife Museum (opening July 2025, 10% discount for participants). Photos will be taken during the class, and you'll receive a beautiful certificate of completion. Enjoy your handmade dishes with a small aperitif (plum wine or sake).
